It's technically a gift for a (sadly) former ND employee I occasionally talk to by way of email...but I'm a little nervous about sending it to him--I haven't emailed him in several months and last time I did I said I was working on a portrait of he and his wife (off one of his photos) as a gift. However, I haven't been able to work on it since I found out he got let go from ND. The news just made me really sad for him--so of course trying to digitally paint a pic of him made me think about it and made me sad @_@
'Tis one of his cats, sort of refferenced off one of his photos of him. IDK I guess I did this as a "I'm sorry I haven't finished that pic I said I was going to do for you" pic
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
